At Apollos Goods, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in original condition with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at apollosgoods@gmail.com with photos. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Personal care items (once opened), perishable goods, and custom products cannot be returned.

How to Return

Email apollosgoods@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We'll provide return instructions within 48 hours.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds go to your original payment method.
